
So lets make the Sambal
Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic
12 pieces of cayenne pepper
250 grams of peanuts, fried
1 tablespoon Petis Shrimp
½ tsp salt
150 ml of warm water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp fried onions
How to Make:
- Puree garlic, cayenne pepper, fried peanuts, Petis shrimp, and salt.
- Give warm water, and mix well.
- Add soy sauce and fried onions.
This is Petis
Black Paste of Shrimp broth or another seafood Broth
This Sambal you can serve with Fried tofu, very nice and delicious
