Ingredients :
1 whole chicken tails , discard bones and skin , cut into cubes

Sauce :
100 cc coconut milk Peanut
100 g Soya beans 200 grams , soak for 2 hours , drained
5 of red onion
5 garlics
kencur 10 gr
Cooking oil 10 g to marinade
Cooking oil 250 cc to spread
Water 500 cc salt to taste
3 Limau
Sweet soy sauce 100 cc

How to make it :
  1. Thinly sliced ​​2 cloves of garlic and onion . Add cooking oil and 2 tablespoons soy sauce .

1 large green chilies , sliced

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
50 ml of water 2 tablespoons
oil for sauteing

Oseng Tempe ingridients : 
200 grams of tempeh , cut into cubes , fried
3 red onions , sliced
2 pieces garlic , sliced
1 large red chilies , seeds discarded , finely sliced
1 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Other complementary :
Bihun goreng (Fried rice noodles)

How to make :
  1. Sambel Goreng teri , saute Seasonings until fragrant . Add Teri, salt , sugar , and coconut milk . Stir well . Cook until done . 
  2. Tumis Kacang Panjang (sauteed green beans) , heat the oil . Saute garlic , onion , green chili and red chili until fragrant . Enter the long beans and chickpeas . Stir well . Add salt , pepper , and brown sugar . Stir well . Pour the coconut milk . Cook until done. 
  3. Oseng tempe: , heat the oil . Saute onion , garlic , chilli , salam leaves , and lengkuas, until fragrant . Enter tempe , soy sauce , salt , pepper , and sugar . Stir well . Pour water . Stir until absorbed . 
  4. Take a piece of banana leaf . Spoon the white rice . Wrap rice. Burn until fragrant . Serve with Sambal goreng teri, Sauteed green beans, oseng tempe, and bihun goreng. Enjoy it.

Selat  solo is one dish from Solo, Central Java . Dish consisting of several kinds of vegetables are boiled and served with pickled meat stews and sauces with a mixture of egg yolk mustrad . This special dish you can serve during the holidays , parties or for everyday dish . 

The ingredients: 
300 grams of meat has deep, wide with thick slices 1/2 cm , prick with a fork 
2 tablespoons margarine
1,000 ml of water 
1 tomato , cut into pieces
3 red onions , thinly sliced
 
Seasoning marinade : 
1 tablespoon soy sauce 
3 teaspoons Inggris ketchup

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 
1/2 teaspoon salt 


Complement : 
50 grams of green beans , cut into 3 cm , boiled 
75 grams of carrots , cut into 3 cm , boiled 
200 grams of small round potatoes , boiled , fried briefly
