Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of cassava, rough grated

  • 25 grams of rice flour

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs

How to Make

  • Skin: Beat 8 eggs and salt, pour coconut milk gradually while stirring until blended. Heat a little margarine. Make thiny omelete.
  • Saute Ground spices until fragrant. 
  • Mix the Meat, ground spices  and 2 beaten of eggs. Stir well.
  • Take a piece of omelet, put 2 tablespoons of  meat dough. Roll resembles the shape of the spring rolls.
  • Steam until cooked. 
  • Serve with chili sauce.

ONDE-ONDE

I love thiss traditional cake. It was sweet and chewy. I think you will love it. Now many kind of filling of the cake. Like cheese, chocolate, or other. But I just like original of onde-onde with green beans filling.

And This is original receip.


Skin Ingredients

  • 40 grams of rice flour that is good and not stale. Use a quality flour so that the result is padded.
  • Glutinous rice flour 250 grams of good quality.
  • Vanilla powder to taste, or about a quarter of a small spoon / teaspoon.
  • Half a teaspoon of  table salt.
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • 135 Sugar 
  • Cook boiled water to taste.
  • Sesame seeds to taste


Filling

  • 130 grams of green beans are good that has been discarded skin.
  • 1/4 small spoon of salt
  • 50 grams Sugar White Sand
  • Vanilla powder or to taste 1/8 teaspoon or less small.


How to make:
Filling :

  • Soak the green beans that have been peeled into clean water for approximately 4 hours.
  • Take the  small pan  and boiled green beans until cooked and soft. Remove and drain.
  • Enter a little vanilla, 1/4 spoon of salt and 50 grams of sugar. Stir slowly until all ingredients are completely mixed.

  • Pour coconut milk . Stir gently until the dough feels smooth. Add boiled water. Let stand about  one hour.


Finishly

  • Take the dough of onde onde taste. Shape like meatball. Add Filling. round shape.
  • Pour much sesame seeds on it. Roll pastry raw onde on it until all the parts covered with sesame.
  • Heat oil over medium heat. Enter Onde-onde. Cook slowly  until brown color.
  • Serve with Tea or Coffee


MARTABAK MANIS

Ingredients


  • Flour 500 gr
  • water 700 ml
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • milk powder 8 tbsp
  • 7 tablespoons  sugar
  • salt 1 tsp 
  • 1 sachet vanilla
  • 1 sachet of baking soda
  • Butter to taste


Topping

  • sugar
  • mashed roasted peanuts
  • Milk
  • Cholatate Powder


How to make

Ingredients:
  • 150 g rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • 950 ml coconut milkpandan leaves

Syrup of palm sugar / brown sugar syrup:

  • brown sugar, chopped fine
  • pandan leaves
  • water to taste

How To Make:
  • Mix the rice flour, salt and coconut milk, pandan leaves, then cook over low heat until thick and mature. Need a long time.  but the taste of porridge will be make you forget about all. :)

For the syrup of palm sugar:

  •   Boil sugar with water and pandan leaves until thick then filtered.
For serving

Amparan tatak is one of Indonesian traditional cake which is characteristic of the area Banjarmasin. This cake made of rice flour mixed with coconut milk, pandan leaves and banana. It was savory and sweet.

IngredientsIngredients I:

800 ml coconut milk from
1 coconut
 3 pieces of pandan leaves, tied 
200 grams of rice flour
 100 grams of corn starch

Ingredients II: 
350 ml coconut milk from half coconut 
3 pieces of pandan leaves, tied

 How to make:

Ingredients I:
35 grams of cake flour

Ingredients II:
150 grams of rice flour

How to Make

Serabi












Serabi is Indonesian food like pancakes. but different Basic ingridient. It using rice flour and coconut milk. And to make it, need very unique tools.

Now There are various types of Serabi has modified. Some like cheese Serabi, or cholate Serabi. But the original Serabi, can not be replaced.

So let's make it.


Ingridients:

200 grams of Rice flour proteins
1 tsp instant yeast
300 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
1 egg, beaten off
¼ tsp salt
pandan paste to taste

Syrup of palm sugar sauce:

200 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
100 grams of brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 sheet of pandan leaves,
¼ tsp salt



How to make

  • Mix the flour with the yeast, coconut milk, eggs and salt, mix well. Add pandan paste to taste and rest for 30 minutes. 
  • Sauce: Mix all ingredients, stir well and cook until boiling, remove from heat. 
  • Prepare a small unique frying pan for Serabi, take a spoonfull of dough, cover and bake until the nest, take, lift until cool.

One of the sweet cakes that is "Putu Mayang" .This cake shapes like spaghetti . It was sweet and delicious taste. And of course the Sweet taste of Indonesia

  • 250 gr rice flour
  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g sago Flour

Sauce Ingredients :

  • 1 liter of coconut milk
  • 150 grams of brown sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 pieces of pandan leaves
  • salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE PUTU MAYANG : 

  1. Cook the rice flour , coconut milk , and salt until cooked . Remove, allow to cool and then enter the sago flour , stirring until blended. Give the color you like and print cake in mold tool 
  2. Steamed with steamer pot that has been covered with banana leaves for 10 minutes . Open the lid every 3 minutes.
