Nasi minyak Palembang (Rice Oil Palembang)

Ingredients:
     1.5 kg of rice
     4  garlic
     10 pieces of cardamom

     10 pieces anise
     2 tbsp coriander
     1 cm ginger leaves
     3 pieces of cinnamon
     1 ounce red onion, fried
     10 pieces Cengkeh

     1 piece kembang pekak
     salt to taste

How to Make Rice Oil Palembang:

  1.      Wash the rice until clean
  2.      Mashed garlic and ginger
  3.      Heat the margarine, stir-fry 
  4.      Add enough water (1400cc)
  5.      Add cinnamon, Cengkeh, coriander, salt, anise, cardamom, and rice
  6.      Cook / stir-fry until fragrant and boiling.
  7.     Steamed until cooked
  8.      Once cooked, rub margarine, sprinkle with fried onions.

How to Pack Rice Oil Palembang:
     Mica wrapped in plastic or paper and add the onions fried rice, eggs, and other side dishes
