gurami kuah pucung (carp pucung Sauce)


very nice, and delicious.. so lets make it..
Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of carp, cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 lime fruit
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 cm galangal, crushed
  • 400 ml of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tomato cut into pieces
  • 1 leek, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp fried onions, for topping
 
puree:

  • 9 onions mera
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 6 pieces of curly red chili
  • 4 pieces of red chili sauce
  • 3 pieces keluwak, take part therein
How to Make:

  • Marinate carp with subtle garlic, coriander powder, lime, and salt.
  • Let stand for 20 minutes, drain. Fry until dry, remove and set aside.
  • Saute ground spices with lemon grass, bay leaves, lime leaves, and galangal until fragrant and cooked.
  • Add water, salt and sugar. Stir until boiling.
  • Add tomatoes and scallions. Cook until slightly thickened.
  • Enter Fried carp , cook until sauce is low.
  • Remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
