3 pcs red chili, sliced ​​oblique
5 pcs red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
20 pieces of red chili
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 handful basil leaves, take leaves
3 pcs green tomatoes, cut into pieces

How to Make:


  • Clean the red snapper, cut it in half. 
  • Sprinkle red snapper with lemon juice and salt, let stand for 10 minutes. 
  • Boil water, put lemon grass, ginger, galangal, lime leaves, pandan leaves, salt and pepper, cook until boiling. 
  • Enter the red snapper, red onion, garlic, red pepper, and cook until the fish is tender.
