Seasoning:


  • 2 red chilies 
  • 2 pieces of cayenne pepper 
  • 2 tbsp ebi (dry shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon salt 
  • 3 tbsp vinegar 
  • 1 clove of garlic 


How to Make:

  • Vegetables washed with brine (soaked) and then rinsed with cold water dishes

  • Blend Chilies, cayenne peper, garlic, then put brown sugar.mix 
  • Add Ebi, sugar and vinegar. Boiled

Lumpia Semarang


This is one of the typical Indonesian snacks especially in Semarang, Central Java. if we visit Semarang. We must try these snacks. It delicious and tasty

Ingridients

15 Lumpia skin (like dumpling skin, but more bigger)
2 tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon of water, mix.
Oil for frying

Filling:

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried shrimp roasted, mashed
50 grams of shrimp, chopped
50 grams of chicken, chopped
2 eggs, beaten off
200 grams of canned bamboo shoots / or fresh bamboo shoots, sliced ​​matchsticks
1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Ingredients sauce:

1 clove of garlic, crushed
300 ml of water
50 grams of brown sugar, finely combed
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
25 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of corn starch and 1 tablespoon water, for thickening dissolved

How to make:

Filling:

  • Heat the oil. Saute garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant.

Tahu tek-tek (fried tofu with peanut sauce)

Spices:

1.5 tbsp Terasi (shrimp paste)
1 red chilies, sliced

How to make:


  • Slice Tofu like box, fried ½ cooked.
  • Diced potatoes, fried cooked, set aside

Serabi is Indonesian food like pancakes. but different Basic ingridient. It using rice flour and coconut milk. And to make it, need very unique tools.

Now There are various types of Serabi has modified. Some like cheese Serabi, or cholate Serabi. But the original Serabi, can not be replaced.

Ingridients:

200 grams of Rice flour proteins
1 tsp instant yeast
