Ingredients


  • 350 grams of chicken thigh fillets, cut the size of 3 x 3 cm
  • 4 cloves garlic, then mashed

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil to taste
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, were beaten off
  • 50 grams of cornstarch stir until evenly



Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped until smooth
  • ½ onion, then cut into the box
  • 100 grams of pineapple, cut into triangles
  • 125 grams of tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 300 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch, then dissolved in 1 tablespoon water


How To Make


  • Marinated chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and let stand for 10 minutes
  • add cornstarch to the chicken, mix until blended
