AYAM GORENG BANDUNG (bandung fried Chicken)

How to make




  • Cut the chicken into pieces
  • Crushed, garlic, galangal, tumeric, lemongrass, hazelnut and add 1 cup of water,
  • Put onion, salt  and chicken.
  • Cook while stirring occasionally until the water runs out, lift 
  • Fried with hot oil.
