 Ingredients:
  •     2 plates white rice
  •     2 pieces of cabbage, finely sliced
  •     100 grams of wet noodle
  •     1 leek, sliced
  •     3 tablespoons soy sauce
  •     2 stalks celery, finely sliced
  •     2 tablespoons cooking oil
  •     ½ tsp instant chicken broth powder

Softened seasoning:

  •     3 red chilies
  •     5 red onions
  •     3 garlic
  •     1 teaspoon terasi (shrimp paste)    2 tsp salt

Complement:

  •     Fried chicken, fried onions, egg, pickled cucumber, and kerupuk (crackers)

How to make

  •  Heat oil and saute seasoning. Put cabbage, leeks, celery, white rice, and noodles and stir well.
  • Put chicken broth powder and soy sauce and stir well. Cook until evenly seasoning, cooked, lift.
  • Serve warm with fried chicken, egg, crackers, and pickled cucumbers.
