NASI GORENG BEBEK (DUCK FRIED RICE RECIPE)

Ingredients:

  •     1 ducks (cut into 4 parts)

  •     3 cm ginger
  •     2 cm turmeric
  •     1 tbsp coriander
  •     ½ tsp sugar
  •     Salt to taste 


Fried rice Ingredients:

  •     800 grams of white rice
  •     1 stalk leeks, cut into rough
  •     1 whole chicken egg
  •     1 tablespoon soy sauce
  •     1 tablespoon soy sauce 


Spices for fried rice:

  •     7 red onions
  •     3 cloves garlic
  •     4 red chilies, seeded
  •     Cayenne pepper to taste
  •     3 medium size shrimp, cut into small pieces
  •     ½ teaspoon pepper
  •     1 tsp sugar
  •     Salt to taste

How to make


  • Boiled duck with water, coconut milk, spices, and lemon leaves until soft ± 1 hour. Lift and let the submerged duck seasoning to cool
  • Separate duck and marinade. remove and set aside
  • Fried rice: heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute the ingredients until fragrant, remove and set aside
  •  Fried scrambled eggs. Enter smooth flavor and leeks, stir-fry until fragrant
  •  Add rice, soy sauce and soy sauce, and cook, stirring frequently, until cooked and seasoning seep into the dishes, and then lift
  • Heat oil, fry the duck until a yellow-brown, then lift the duck and drain. Cut into small squares.
  •  Serve with a sprinkling of duck fried rice and fried onions.
