What is Nasi Lengko?Nasi Lengko / Sego Lengko is a typical food Cirebon. This rice has a distinctive taste that is with the peanut sauce and a variety of vegetables that are rich in fiber and includes foods that are low in fat. This one rice served with fried tofu and tempeh and vegetables which are then smothered with a delicious peanut sauce. No meat mixture or substance containing fat weight. Ingredients:
  •     500 grams of rice,
  •     150 grams of tempeh,
  •     200 grams know diced,
  •     50 grams of sprouts that have been boiled,
  •     1 cucumber diced,
  •     3 cloves garlic,
  •     1 teaspoon salt,
  •     fried onions, soy sauce and cooking oil.

Peanut sauce:

  •     5 pieces of cayenne pepper,
  •     70 grams of peanuts that have been fried,
  •     2 cloves of garlic,
  •     1 lime leaves,
  •     1 tsp brown sugar,
  •     ¼ teaspoon salt,
  •     kencur taste and
  •     150 cc coconut milk.

How To Make

  • Blend the peanut sauce first and then put into a container and add the coconut milk and stir until blended after the
  • Fried tempeh and know until cooked then remove and drain.
  • Put the plate of rice, add the bean sprouts, cucumber and fried tempeh and out. Do not forget to add the soy sauce and sprinkle with fried onions.
  • Pour the peanut sauce
