Ingredients:
  •     500 grams of rice,
  •     150 grams of tempeh,
  •     200 grams know diced,
  •     50 grams of sprouts that have been boiled,
  •     1 cucumber diced,
  •     3 cloves garlic,
  •     1 teaspoon salt,
  •     fried onions, soy sauce and cooking oil.

Peanut sauce:

  •     5 pieces of cayenne pepper,

Bahan :
  • 500 gram nasi,
  • 150 gram tempe,
  • 200 gram tahu potong dadu,
  • 50 gram taoge yang telah direbus,
  • 1 buah mentimun potong dadu,
  • 3 siung bawang putih,
  • 1 sdt garam,
  • bawang goreng, kecap manis dan minyak goreng.
Sambal kacang :
  • 5 buah cabai rawit,
  • 70 gram kacang tanah yang telah digoreng,
  • 2 siung bawang putih,
  • 1 lembar daun jeruk,
  • 1 sdt gula merah,
  • ¼ sdt garam,
  • kencur secukupnya dan
  • 150 cc santan.

Cara Membuat



  • Haluskan bumbu kacang terlebih dahulu kemudian taruh ke dalam wadah dan tambahkan dengan santan lalu aduk hingga rata setelah itu tiriskan.
  • Goreng tempe serta tahu sampai matang kemudian angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Letakkan nasi dipiring, tambahkan taoge, mentimun dan gorengan tempe serta tahu. Jangan lupa tambahkan kecap manis dan taburi dengan bawang goreng.
  • Siramkan dengan bumbu kacang

PINDANG IKAN GARUT (Garut Carps stew)

Pindang Ikan mas garut

 

 

Bahan:

  • 500 gram ikan mas, cuci hingga bersih
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng
  • 1 batang serai, dimemarkan
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 1 cm jahe, dimemarkan
  • 2 cm lengkuas, diiris
  • 2.000 ml air
  • 1 sendok teh gula merah
  • 1 ½ sendok teh garam
  • 1 sendok teh kecap manis
  • 20 batang (240 gram) serai, dimemarkan untuk alas
  • 1 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis

 






Bumbu yang dihaluskan
:

  • 5 butir kemiri
  • 7 butir bawang merah
  • 3 ilung bawang putih
  • 2 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
  1. Goreng ikan mas hingga matang. Tata di atas tumpukan serai di dalam panci.
  2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun salam, jahe, dan lengkuas hingga harum. Masukkan air, gula merah, dan garam. Aduk rata.
  3. Tuang tumisan ke dalam panci berisi ikan. Rebus dan masak sekitar 8 jam hingga matang dan lunak tulangnya.
  4. Setelah air menyusut, tambahkan kecap manis. Aduk rata. Sajikan dengan nasi hangat

Soto singkong (Cassava Soup)

Soto Singkong is one of the typical Indonesian soup. This soup come from Probolinggo, East Java. Soto (soup of Indonesia)  is indeed not much different dressed with Soto in general. Only, his trademark that served with slices of cassava chips in it.
Soto was also served with Sambal cabe rawit (chili sauce)  for a delicious flavor and steady.

  •     1 whole chicken, cut in 4 parts
  •     2,000 ml of water
  •     5 lime leaves, boned
  •     2 cm ginger, crushed
  •     2 bay leaves
  •     2 cm galangal, crushed

  •     1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

  •     6 red onions

How to make:

  •  Boil chicken together lime leaves, ginger, greeting, galangal and lemongrass until boiling.

SOTO SINGKONG




Soto singkong adalah salah satu soto khas Indonesia yang berasa dari Probolinggo, Jawa timur. Soto ini memang berpenampilan tak jauh berbeda dengan soto pada umumnya. Hanya saja, ciri khasnya yaitu Soto singkong ini disajikan dengan irisan keripik singkong di dalamnya.

Soto ini juga disajikan dengan sambal cabai rawit untuk rasa yang nikmat dan mantap.

  • 1 ekor ayam, dipotong 4 bagian

  • 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan
  • 1 batang serai, dimemarkan
  • 5 sendok teh garam
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1 3/4 sendok teh gula
  • 2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis


Bumbu Halus:

  • 6 butir bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 3 butir kemiri, disangrai 
  • 1/2 Sendok Teh Ketumbar


Pelengkap:

  • 300 gram singkong, diiris tipis, digoreng
  • 100 gram soun, direndam
  • 100 gram taoge, diseduh
  • 2 tangkai seledri, diiris halus
  • 2 butir telur, dipotong-potong
  • 5 siung bawang putih iris, digoreng
  • 5 buah kerupuk udang goreng, dihaluskan
  • sambal cabai rawit dari 15 buah cabai rawit merah, direbus, dihaluskan

Cara membuat:
  1. Rebus ayam bersama daun jeruk, jahe, salam, lengkuas, dan serai hingga mendidih.
  2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
  3. Tuang ke dalam kaldu. Masukkan garam, merica, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Masak sampai mendidih. Angkat ayam. Goreng. Suwir-suwir.
  4. Tata soun dan taoge. Tambahkan singkong, telur ayam, dan suwiran ayam. Tuang kuah. Taburikan seledri, bawang putih goreng, dan  kerupuk udang bubuk.
  5. Sajikan soto bersama sambalnya.
