NASI GORENG CAKALANG (TUNA FRIED RICE)

Tuna is a fish that can grow very large. In Sulawesi, the fish are usually many ways in cooking mixed with smoke. Ingredients:
  •     2 full plate of white rice (not mushy, long grain)
  •     250 grams of meat tuna
  •     1 tablespoon lemon juice + ½ tsp salt
  •     2 leeks, thinly sliced ​​oblique
  •     1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  •     ½ tablespoon salty soy sauce
  •     5 tablespoons oil, for frying
  •     1 stalk lemongrass, white part, finely sliced

Ground spices:

  •     10 red onions
  •     5  garlic
  •     7 curly red chilies
  •     5 pieces of cayenne pepper
  •     ½ tsp terasi (shrimp paste)
  •     salt to taste

How to make

  • Marinate meat fish with lime juice and salt, let stand for 15 minutes, then steamed until cooked 30 minutes. Lift, shredded-shredded.
  • Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Put meat tuna, onion, and lemon grass. Stir well.
  • Put the rice, add the soy sauce and soy sauce, stirring until well blended and the flavors mingle. Serve hot.
