Ingredients:
- 2 full plate of white rice (not mushy, long grain)
- 250 grams of meat tuna
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice + ½ tsp salt
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced oblique
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon salty soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons oil, for frying
- 1 stalk lemongrass, white part, finely sliced
Ground spices:
- 10 red onions
- 5 garlic
- 7 curly red chilies
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp terasi (shrimp paste)
- salt to taste
How to make
- Marinate meat fish with lime juice and salt, let stand for 15 minutes, then steamed until cooked 30 minutes. Lift, shredded-shredded.
- Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Put meat tuna, onion, and lemon grass. Stir well.
