Ingredients:
- Gelatin white 2 pack
- 200 grams of sugar
- Coconut milk from 1 coconut 750 cc
- 1 Young Coconut, dredge contents

- Egg whites 2 eggs
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Vanilla 1/2 tsp

How to Make it:
- Coconut milk with sugar and stir in gelatin. Simmer until the sugar dissolves and boil.
- Insert coconut,Mutiara, Tapai. Stir well.
- Whisk the egg whites, salt, vanilla. Pour gelatin mixture into it. Stir well. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until frozen.
- Ready to serve
