YOUNG COCONUT AND TAPAI PUDDING

This pudding is very different flavor and texture. Very gentle, sweet, slightly sour taste and are very easy to make at home

So Let's make it!!!!



Ingredients:
- Gelatin white 2 pack
- 200 grams of sugar
- Coconut milk from 1 coconut 750 cc
- 1 Young Coconut, dredge contents
- Mutiara, 100 grams, boiled
-
Tapai  (Sweet Black rice fermentation) 200 grams 
- Egg whites 2 eggs
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Vanilla 1/2 tsp
 

How to Make it:
  1. Coconut milk with sugar and stir in gelatin. Simmer until the sugar dissolves and boil.
  2. Insert coconut,Mutiara, Tapai. Stir well.
  3. Whisk the egg whites, salt, vanilla. Pour gelatin mixture into it. Stir well. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until frozen.
  4.  Ready to serve
