This one of kind Soto Mie ((Shrimp Soup noodles). And this Dish from Lampung. The shape is almost the same, it's just, different base ingredients. That is using shrimp .. let cook.
Ingredients:
- 250 g egg noodles brewed up quite soft
- 250 grams medium shrimp, peeled skin. Do not discarded skin, wash thoroughly to make broth.
- 150 gr bean sprouts
- 8 pieces know pong has fried chopped
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp fried onions
- 5 tablespoons powdered crackers (shrimp crackers that have been fried mashed)
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped fine which has been
- 1 liter of water shrimp broth (from boiled shrimp shells with a small flame)
- Cooking oil to taste.
Seasoning mashed:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 pieces of red onion
- 5 grains hazelnut
- 1 tbsp coriander mashed
- 3 cm ginger
- 3 cm turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
How to make:
- Saute the spices that have been mashed until fragrant and then enter the mature shrimp and saute until shrimp changes color back.
- Boil the broth until boiling and then enter the seasoning and stir shrimp into it, cook until done.
- Put egg noodles in a bowl, add the bean sprouts, chunks of tofu, shrimp, crackers powder, fried onion and leek soup broth.
