NASI BAKAR AYAM TERI (CHICKEN TERI ROASTED RICE)

Some of types is Nasi bakar bambu (bamboo roasted rice).  Nasi bakar sum-sum (marrow roasted rice), Nasi bakar jamur (mushroom roasted rice),  Nasi bakar ayam (Chicken roasted rice) and many other variants. And this time we'll make Nasi bakar Ayam Teri (Chicken teri Roasted rice)

Ingredients:


  •     2 1/2 plate of white rice
  •     1 small bunch basil leaves
  •     3 tablespoons soy sauce
  •     Butter / margarine for frying
  •     330 g chicken fillets, diced
  •     3 Fried Teri
  •     Banana leaves to wrap

 
Mashed spices:

  •     4 hazelnut
  •     1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  •     4 spring onions
  •     2 garlic

 
How To Make

  •   Saute mashed Spices with butter / margarine until fragrant.
  •   Add chicken and stir until it changes color and add the soy sauce. mix well
  •   Enter basil leaves, stir
  •   Combine rice and Teri, mix well
  •  Prepare 4 sets of banana leaves, each with 2 leaves a fairly wide.
  •  Faced with dark leaves towards the top.
  •  Add a half rice on top of the leaves, give 1/4 chicken parts, add rice again and wrap

NASI ULAM

This one dish is perfect for breakfast. Quite nutritious and taste good. You should try it. Indonesian-style breakfast

Ingredients:
     400 grams of white rice
     150 grams of coconut, grated rough
     3 tablespoons cooking oil

Mashed Spices:

     garlic
     3 pieces of cayenne pepper
     50 grams of dried shrimp, soaked briefly
     1 tablespoon coriander

     ½ tsp pepper
     tsp salt

Complement:

  • omelet, sliced thin
  • cucumber, cut into pieces
  • kemangi (basil leaf)
  • fried red onions


How To Make:

  •  Coconut roasted until crispy and browned, remove from heat and puree. medium heat and slowly stir
  •  Stir-fry until fragrant spices. Enter roasted coconut and rice, stirring until absorbed seasoning.

TELUR GEMBONG PADANG (Puffy egg Padang)


This dish like omelete, just little difference at grated coconut and spices. It was certainly tasty and delicious.

Ingredients:

  •      5 duck eggs (you can use 6/7 chicken eggs)
  •      oil to taste

Seasoning:
      
  •      5 cloves red pepper
  •      3 shallots, chopped
  •      1 teaspoon salt
  •      3 tablespoons grated coconut
  •      3 scallions, thinly sliced
  •      1 celery, chopped

How to make:



  •  Coarse ground red pepper and onion, season with salt and set aside.
  •  Beat the eggs and mix chili to go up, enter the grated coconut, chopped scallions, shallots and chopped celery leaves and stir well.
  •  Heat the oil, pour the egg mixture into it, cover the frying ± 3 minutes, turning the eggs after the bottom brownish,

Marinade:
  •     1 tbsp coriander, puree
  •     5 cloves garlic, crushed
  •     1 tsp fine salt
  •     2 tablespoons lime juice
  •     2 cm turmeric, grilled, mashed
  •     300 ml of water
  •     The oil for frying

Sambal/sauce (fried):

  •     7 curly red chilies
  •     10 pieces of cayenne pepper
  •     2 tomatoes
  •     5 cloves garlic
  •     4 red onions
  •     4 pieces of hazelnut
  •     1 tsp lime / lemon
  •     1 tsp fine salt

Complement:

  •     60 grams of cucumber, cut into pieces
  •     50 grams of basil leaves
  •     2 tomatoes,slice

How to make

  • Clean catfish, give slice, Marinade, let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Fried catfish in oil. (dive fry) medium heat until cooked and dry. Remove and drain.

Ayam Kuluyuk bumbu Rujak

How To Make

Ingredients:


  • 150 grams beef, diced
  • 400 grams of yellow noodles 
  • 750 ml beef broth

  • 4  garlic, thinly sliced.
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced.
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 leek, finely sliced.
  • 60 grams of bean sprouts, cleaned
  • 100 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced.
  • 1 tablespoon celery, finely sliced.
  • 2 tsp salt.
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil 

Ground spices

  • 4 grains of cardamom.
  • 1 tsp cumin, roasted.
  • 5 pieces of onion.
  • 3  of garlic.
  • 4 red chilies, seeded.
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp pepper grains.

  • Shrimp Crackers / Crackers Chips.

How to Make
