Seasonings/Spices:
15 pieces of red chili
10 pieces of red onion
4 garlic
½ finger of ginger
½ finger turmeric
1 turmeric leaf sheet
1 orange leaves
1 lemongrass leaves
1 coconuts for coconut milk
2 tablespoons oil
salt to taste
How to make:
- Finely Mashed spices then sauteed with oil.
- Add All of leaves are so well put coconut milk thickened.
- When its boil, you enter the chicken until cooked
- Roasted Chicken and serve
