Beberok is one of the typical dishes of Lombok Island. It feels very fresh and spicy . You could say this is a dish that is very tempting and challenging . For fans of spicy tast.

Ingridients
3 pieces of litter purple eggplant slices like little boxes
2 pieces of thinly sliced red onion
1 tomato sliced red plaid
5 piece red pepper
2 pieces of long beans cut short
salt and sugar
Terasi (Seafood paste)

How to cook :
- Mixed beans and little eggplant , stirring
