Sego macan is one dish from the city of Yogyakarta . Sego is rice that uses white rice wrapped in banana leaves . There appendages accompanying sambal goreng teri, Tumis kacang panjang (sauteed green beans) , and bihun goreng (Fried rice noodles) Oseng tempe (stir fried tempe).
The ingredients :
700 grams of white rice
banana leaves for wrapping
Sambal Goreng Teri ingredients:
100 grams Teri
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
150 ml coconut milk from 1/4 grated coconut
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing oil for frying
Seasoning of Sambal Teri:
5 pieces of curly red chili
1 large red chilies
2 red onions
2 pieces of orange leaves , leaves boned
1 red tomatoes
Tumis kancang panjang (sauteed green beans) Ingredients :
100 grams of green beans , cut into 2 cm
2 pieces garlic , sliced 3 red onions , sliced
1 large green chilies , sliced
1 large red chilies , sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
50 ml of water 2 tablespoons
oil for sauteing
Oseng Tempe ingridients :
200 grams of tempeh , cut into cubes , fried
3 red onions , sliced
2 pieces garlic , sliced
1 large red chilies , seeds discarded , finely sliced
1 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
Other complementary :
Bihun goreng (Fried rice noodles)
How to make :
- Sambel Goreng teri , saute Seasonings until fragrant . Add Teri, salt , sugar , and coconut milk . Stir well . Cook until done .
- Tumis Kacang Panjang (sauteed green beans) , heat the oil . Saute garlic , onion , green chili and red chili until fragrant . Enter the long beans and chickpeas . Stir well . Add salt , pepper , and brown sugar . Stir well . Pour the coconut milk . Cook until done.
- Oseng tempe: , heat the oil . Saute onion , garlic , chilli , salam leaves , and lengkuas, until fragrant . Enter tempe , soy sauce , salt , pepper , and sugar . Stir well . Pour water . Stir until absorbed .
- Take a piece of banana leaf . Spoon the white rice . Wrap rice. Burn until fragrant . Serve with Sambal goreng teri, Sauteed green beans, oseng tempe, and bihun goreng. Enjoy it.
