Ingredients
- 250 gr rice flour
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 200 g sago Flour
- salt to taste
- little food Color (Green, or Red)
Sauce Ingredients :
- 1 liter of coconut milk
- 150 grams of brown sugar
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE PUTU MAYANG :
- Cook the rice flour , coconut milk , and salt until cooked . Remove, allow to cool and then enter the sago flour , stirring until blended. Give the color you like and print cake in mold tool
- Steamed with steamer pot that has been covered with banana leaves for 10 minutes . Open the lid every 3 minutes.
- For Sauce : Mix the coconut milk , brown sugar , salt , sugar and pandan leaves into one . Boil over medium heat , stirring frequently until boiling , remove from heat and serve sauce with cake Putu Mayang
