Ingredients:
100 ml vegetable oes, boiled should not be too soft, sliced
250 grams of papaya il
3 young papaya leavflowers, siangi, boiled
100 grams of leaves of young melinjo, sliced
3 stalks lemongrass, white part thinly sliced
10 is rather young citrus leaves, thinly sliced
3 pandan leaves, thinly sliced
2 lbr turmeric leaves, thinly sliced
3 stalks spring onion / leek, thinly sliced
8 sprigs thyme, leaves petiki.
2 cm ginger, chopped or thinly sliced
¼ ± 200 g smoked tuna section (fufu) / boiled cobs, shredded 2 / can be replaced salted fish cork / teri field
Blend the spices:
10 pcs red chili curly
20 green chili / to taste
15 spring onions
salt to taste
How to make it:
- Heat oil, add sliced pandan leaves until fragrant, then add the ground spices, spice stir-fry until cooked,
- Add shredded tuna, sliced vegetables and seasonings (except basil).
- Stir so that vegetables, fish and seasonings are well blended, and cook until done.
- Add salt if necessary and finally enter the basil leaves, stir briefly, lift. Serve
