Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cleaned, cut into 4 parts
500 ml of coconut water
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
puree:
5 grains hazelnut
6 red chilies
6 red onions
3 cm galangal
2 cm ginger
1 stalk lemongrass, white part
3 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones
How to Make:
Boil chicken with coconut water, add salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked. Remove and drain.
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add chicken and stir well.
Set aside seasoning stir.
