Ingredients:
- 10 leaves of lettuce
- 4 leaves of cabbage
- 4 pieces of cucumber
- 2 piece tofu
- 2 Salted Spinach
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 ounce melinjo chips
- 1 large yam pieces
- 4 crackers
Seasoning:
- 2 red chilies
- 2 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp ebi (dry shrimp)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
How to Make:
- Vegetables washed with brine (soaked) and then rinsed with cold water dishes
- ebi washed and soaked in to hot water
- Blend Chilies, cayenne peper, garlic, then put brown sugar.mix
- Add Ebi, sugar and vinegar. Boiled
- Cut tofu and put in sauce, boiled and allow to cool
- Sliced thin,cabbage and Salted Spinach, cucumber and yam .
- Arranged Cucumber, yam, cabbage, Salted Spinach and Lettuce on a bowl and Pour Sauce
- Sprinkled with crackers, melinjo chips, and roasted peanuts.
- Serve.
