Ayam pop

This is one chicken recipe that you must try . it feels very rich and savory spices . and of course very easy to make.

    Ingredients
 
    
1 whole chicken , cleaned, skin off , cut into pieces
    
400 ml of coconut water
    
2 salam leaves
    
2 pieces of orange leaves

    1 cm ginger , Crushed
    
1 stalk lemongrass , Crushed
    
1 Lengkuas , Crushed

    cooking oil

Spices (Seasoning Mashed):

    
6 red onions
    
4  garlic
    
3 hazelnut
    
1 tsp salt 


For Sambal (Sauce):

    
10 pieces of red chili
    
6 red onions
    
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
    
1 red tomatoes
    
lime juice
    
warm water
    
salt and sugar to taste 


How Chicken Pop Padang :
  1. Marinate chicken with seasoning mashed , let stand up to 1 hour.
  2. Boil chicken with coconut milk ,Salam leaves , lorange leaves , ginger , lemongrass and  Lengkuas until chicken is tender and cooked meat and gravy dries . Remove and drain .
  3. Fried chicken in hot oil briefly , then remove and drain .
  4. For Sambal Boil peppers, onions and tomatoes until soft and then puree with salt and sugar. Stir-fry with a little oil until fragrant, give water to taste,Then lift and give the lime juice .
  5. Serve with hot white rice
