Ingredients:
1.5 kg of rice
4 garlic
10 pieces of cardamom
10 pieces anise
2 tbsp coriander
1 cm ginger leaves
3 pieces of cinnamon
1 ounce red onion, fried
10 pieces Cengkeh
1 piece kembang pekak
salt to taste
How to Make Rice Oil Palembang:
- Wash the rice until clean
- Mashed garlic and ginger
- Heat the margarine, stir-fry
- Add enough water (1400cc)
- Add cinnamon, Cengkeh, coriander, salt, anise, cardamom, and rice
- Cook / stir-fry until fragrant and boiling.
- Steamed until cooked
- Once cooked, rub margarine, sprinkle with fried onions.
