Ingredients:
500 gr patin fish
2 salam leaves
2 pcs lime
50 g tempoyak
1 tsp salt
50 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
banana leaves
and sticks
Seasoning blended:
10 pcs red onion
5 pcs garlic
75 g red pepper
1 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 lemongrass stalk, white part, sliced
How to make
- Clean fish, give thin slices on the fish, coat with lemon juice and salt.
- Heat oil, saute Seasoning, salam leaves until fragrant, enter tempoyak, and pour water. Cook until boiling, remove from heat, let cool.
- Sprinkle fish with seasoning sauteed, let stand for 1 hour until the flavors to infuse.
- Wrap the fish in banana leaves and ends with a stick pin.
- Steam the fish for 1 hour over low heat until cooked, lift, and fuel on the fire to dry.
- Serve with warm rice
