Ingredients / spices:
- 1 whole chicken, cut in 4 parts
- 2,000 ml of water
- 5 lime leaves, boned
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 5 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 3/4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
- 6 red onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 eggs hazelnut, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
Complement:
300 grams of cassava, thinly sliced, fried
100 grams of glass noodles, soaked
100 grams of bean sprouts, brewed
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 eggs, chopped
5 cloves garlic slices, fried
5 pieces of fried Shrimps crackers, crushed
Chili sauce
How to make:
- Boil chicken together lime leaves, ginger, greeting, galangal and lemongrass until boiling.
- Heat the oil. Stir-fry until fragrant spices.
