very nice, and delicious.. so lets make it..
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of carp, cut into pieces
- 3 cloves of garlic, mashed
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 lime fruit
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 cm galangal, crushed
- 400 ml of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tomato cut into pieces
- 1 leek, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp fried onions, for topping
puree:
- 9 onions mera
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 6 pieces of curly red chili
- 4 pieces of red chili sauce
- 3 pieces keluwak, take part therein
- Marinate carp with subtle garlic, coriander powder, lime, and salt.
- Let stand for 20 minutes, drain. Fry until dry, remove and set aside.
- Saute ground spices with lemon grass, bay leaves, lime leaves, and galangal until fragrant and cooked.
- Add water, salt and sugar. Stir until boiling.
- Add tomatoes and scallions. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Enter Fried carp , cook until sauce is low.
- Remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
